Transfer Switches

Generac designs and manufactures a complete line of automatic transfer switches to meet the requirements of virtually any emergency standby application.

The generator monitors utility power and starts when the utility power is interrupted. When utility power returns, the transfer switch returns the electrical load from the generator back to the utility. This ensures your most important electrical loads are powered, within seconds, even when you're away.

EZ SWITCH™ EZ Switch

Centurion 8kW to 16kW air-cooled standby generators include a pre-wired 100 amp EZ transfer switch with an integrated load center for simple installation when only selected emergency circuits will be served by the generator. Pre-wired flexible, seal tight conduit provide simple connections all the way from the generator to the 10, 12, 14 or 16 circuit transfer switch.

NEXUS™ SMART SWITCH

The Nexus Smart Switch is the smartest transfer switch on the market. It has the ability to cycle on and off two air conditioners without adding additional components, allowing for a smaller generator to cover more circuits than when paired with a standard transfer switch. Smart Switch

NEXUS™ LTS LOAD SHED SWITCH
